Was I dreaming or was CB down for a good few hours (in General)

I tried to get in as early as 11 AM or so (that would be around 4 AM server time), and only now at 3 PM (8 AM server time) did I finally manage to get in.
The weird thing is, carnageblender.com did respond to PING request... the web pages simply didn't load.
Oh, and it's not the first time this happened, but this time it took far longer as I'm used to...

So was it just a fluke for me or is this a normal thing for everybody ?

I think it was a cache crash, but I could be wrong, so very, very wrong.

Yeah, cache flush broke it again.

Yep, I couldn't access it (CB) for quite a while.

One of the perks of being a QB, we have our own private access to the game. So if it's down for you we have our own luxury link.

I feel cheated.

Sorry, we had a years-old dormant infinite loop bug that someone finally triggered. Once he chewed up all the connections there was no more CB for anyone. It's fixed now.

CB was down again for about 2 hours right after cache flush again.

Can't get chat to work.
Timeout errors.

And I'm the first to notice its backup again! yay me!

On a related note, to stop these timeouts from happening should the cache flush be during USA office hours? Faster support that way.

That could work.
I'm kind of lucky at the moment in that Cache Flush is about 6PM or so, meaning I've always spent my BA and have no waste~
I noticed that a couple of other people went to CBStuff.nl forums to check to see if downtime was mentioned, yet noone posted it...

Restarted chat. It works now.
