So how do people start a NCB these days? Have someone else start one and transfer?

Since I logged back on yesterday, I figured that maybe I should stay for a while.

just start a new character and make sure to click the NCB button

i would suggest getting an idea of what you want to do strategy wise and then get the equips before starting. i would also start by buying all the ba you can and save up 1600 before you start.

how do you buy BA and save 1600 if you need to use BA to get money?

only way to save up to 1600 BA is to buy each day without fighting/forging until you hit that 1600.

Not really... when I was buying BA for my current NCB, it was around ~$230 for each.
