Bug with MgS & Encumbrance! (in General)

Here's the deal. My two minion character has one, Prometheus, with a RoBF, AoI, and named MgS. He has 0.99 Encumbrance.

The other minion, Achilles, has some near-base armor.

vivi takes damage from his own Magic Missile (4)!
vivi's Magic Missile hit Achilles [148]

vivi takes damage from his own Magic Missile (5)!
vivi's Magic Missile hit Prometheus for no damage

This kind of thing happens every battle with DD spells except Decay. They easily kill Achilles, as they should, as he has barely any + AC, However, Prometheus isn't being damaged, let along killed, by DD spells, at all.

The same thing happens when I swap my MgS to the other minion, giving him 0.99 Encumbrance.

When I take the MgS off, I take damage normally.

This has been brought up before, I think MgS's give a flat DD reduction in damage, so at lower levels you can take 0 damage.

"# Plus 0.75% resistance to Direct Damage Spells for each point of enchantment. Effect does not decay like the Elven Hauberk.

it is a percentage based and therefore shouldn't block out all damage.

RBF also gives Magic reduction as well. The no damage is probably due to stacking.

ENC doesn't reduce tattoo level (that's what MTL is for) and doesn't affect the MgS reduction because it's not AC? It seems to make sense to me, though I'm not sure if it is either designed to function this way or balanced when it does function this way.

Your MgS is huge, the incoming damage is small, and it's already reduced by other factors. Rounding has to take place at some point.

If you see this in cases of much larger DD, then it might be an issue.

Its normal when the DD damage is low but once the levels go up, you will start receiving damage.
