Suggestion: Unretire Thread (in General)

This is the suggestion:
Sticky a thread in PR. Name it Unretire Requests. When someone wants a character unretired, they post the name(s) as we as the copy pasted money transfer log.

What we have now isn't really cluttering or 'bad' per se, but having it all in a single place is never a bad thing, right?

and its really good for me and kefeck and dinh...
we always change our mind about retiring and running an NCB and what not

Does this forum allow stickied threads?

we have asked for stickies at other times and if i recall correctly the current setup does not allow it. it could have been one of the "not worth the effort" cases just as well though.

Well, the Sticky is just so there's a place for it, it could easily be a place in the business area, where you pay a flat rate and the ... uh... ... Unretiresmith... does it for you.
