Admin Name Changes (in General)

Okay. Are these allowed or not?

If they are, great. Let me send 3 mil to TP and get a name change every day until that money is no longer enough (everyday for about 2 months, I think).

If not, can they end?

Yeah, I'm asking for a selfish reason. I'm proud that I have more name changes than anyone. And I would be rather annoyed if anyone caught up to me because they wanted a name change every 4 days.

I would prefer that admins not mess with the 30 day limit except in exceptional circumstances.
