I Need A Forger (in Services)

I have a VB that I need a lot of work on. It is X 1193 and + 102. I want someone to forge the X's up quite a bit. I have about 10M set aside for it right now. I am willing to spend more as well. CM me your offers. Thank You!

My VB is 26M NW and I have decided I want it to be 50M NW. So that is the job. So far the lowest offer is 73%.
