the subject says it all i would like your thoughts on whats the best gear i could get now for my team ty for your time.

Archer - BG's, Elven Boots, Buckler of Mandos, Helm of Clearsight, Amulet of Might

Other - Amulet of Focus, Noldorin Spellcasters, Spellboosters, Cornuthaum/Helm of Clearsight

Alatars gloves and a helm of clearsight for the mage.

You also want to get hold of a full tattoo rather than lesser. They grow faster, and so become more powerful more quickly.

instead of the AoF on the mage, use the AoJ to get the bonuses from the HoC and NSC from the mage to the familiar.
