I'd love to play TF2 with other people.

Do they send it to you, because I don't want to download it. If I get the physical game then it sounds like a deal.

It's digital download only, thus the discounted price. On steam you can download it again whenever you like though, no limits on that.

It'd be nice if I got the physical game though, otherwise I could just pirate it. Which I don't normally do for games, but in the case of downloading it'd be easier to save my money.

I'm definitely thinking about picking up a copy. Sadly, I already have Portal (bought it during the Holiday sale a few months ago for 5 bucks!), but the rest of the OJBox should be quite fun, if only for TF2 (which I have played, and love, and suck at). :)

Just curious, but does that mean that if you could have pirated your CB supportership, you would have?

10 bucks is a steal for JUST TF2, though. The fact I'm getting HL2 (which I've never played) is just gravy.

HL2 is so scary. You see, everyone says "Ravenholm was so scary! No Combine, just Zombies and headcrabs everywhere! And a weirdo Fr. Grigori! Who has mental issues and carries a shotgun!"
But, I found Ravenholm to be not that scary, pretty unsettling though. What I found scary was everything after Ravenholm.
Great game though, I'm playing through the episodes now.
And Portal is the best game ever. ;)

honestly i dont think you can pirate it to play online with everyone, mayne locally with friends but thats just stupid you would miss out on reall game play with TF2

The Orange Box is so worth $10. Heck, it's worth $50. $60, even.

Marl: i doubt honestly its really worth 50 60 dollars, but 10 is a steal for sure. 20 it very reasonalble considering its intense replay value. its the only game to replace my addiction to day of defeat on steam.

It cost 60 bucks for the 360 for a long time, it's most likely gone down in price since then.

I believe I paid $50 it. I don't regret it. I've only played TF2 for about 7 hours... but the rest of it, I really liked. I don't even know how many times I finished Portal. HL 2 + Episodes were great. I think I probably don't like them as much as a lot of other people, but the sheer amount of gameplay I got from them was worth it.

I'd have liked it a little more if it came with HL Source.

Also, with the Piracy - I don't know how up to date you're going to get your copy. And the game takes a really long time to "rebuild node maps" when you go into any new area when you play it like that.

Demon, I think Marl was referring to all of the Orange Box, not just TF2. Remember that Orange Box was "game of the year" for many reviewers (despite being multiple games).

Well, I caved. I bought it.

Installing TF2 right now, then it's time to boot it up and see what happens!

I'm too addicted with Quake Live to try anything else right now, but tell us how you like it!

that's an amazing deal. I roll TF2, but don't have a solid server that I favorite, suggestions? Pyro is probably the easiest class to play, because they are way overpowered. Just run around and spray. HW guy is pretty ez for a beginner too with the huge health.

Play Portal... it's super fun and worth 10 bucks alone. (also has shnazzy ending music)

Pfft, $10 for Portal? If I knew what I know now, I'd sell my soul. ;)
