I fail to see how this beats tanks, for one.

Wouldn't you still run into a problem with Walls using GA?

Single Archer(Mageseeker) with hal familiar
Attributes: 1/3Hp, 1/3Dex, 1/3Giant Strength, Archery, Dispel Magic
Cut out the dex, your hal will hit all the tanks. Put the dex into DM instead that way you can take care of GA. Just have a token dex to get full advantage on all the enchanters mages and walls. For a weapon you should use a SoD. I would suggest either training some evasion or else using DBs as well.

Wouldn't he need increased Dex to get multiple hits per round? Or would he just rely on increasing the PTH?
how many mages/enchanters train dex? and if so how much do they actually train. Most don't train any at all, so with a minimal investment into dex you get the full effect vs them. You just won't have any dex to compete against other tanks. But that is what the Hal is for, and since Hal usually has a lot of dex he will have the advantage to both hit and defend against them.
