when I fight New Flame, I have a Dex of 1.6 mil. when I fight Prometheus and Bob, my dex become 640k. but My ST always stays at 1.2 mil. so Its not EC, its not DM, and I don't see an Axbow attack that says I get clumsier. I get this from some other fights too. whats up?

Fights move into melee? Dex penalty for doing so.
