New Game Idea (in Off-topic)

Ok i've been thinking about this and here's what i got...

Start an online free casino, where advertisements pay for the winnings, and all users start with free money... NO BUY IN...(Maybe a membership fee(yearly))

Players can exchange the IN-GAME money for real money at a specific rate that depends on the game economy...

if you care to help....

I will need someone who is good with scripts, graphics, flash... etc.

Depending on the price you're charging for advertisements, I can potentially get you a customer. Message me about it if you get this up and running and start getting a good user-base.

Where's the virtual money input? If you're giving free or heavily discounted virtual money on sign up, you're going to open your system up for massive abuse.

The Virtual Money input will be out of pocket, and the ratio will be low at startup so like Yearly Membership of 9.99 or something, + Advertisements starting... + (The ratio of money will be low like 1000IGM to 1USD starting out...)

If you have ideas to stop loopholes please let me know :)

Add a ip filter so if someone signs up or tries to sign up with multiple accounts it prevents that.

IP filters aren't effective at all. For example, I have my PC, my laptop, and my parents have a PC in their room. All 3 computers can have different IP addresses at the same time.
