Need Forger for a Sling of Death (in Services)

I need my Sling of Death's damage (x) forged up for about seven days. The max I can afford right now is ~$4 million, but that doesn't mean I expect anyone to hit that in the seven day time frame. Anything under that amount will be appreciated.
