It's a Canadian flag with the Support Our Troops ribbon on top aligned right-bottom of the flag.

Well, I'm a skinny guy, and my collar bones are sticking out a bit, to the point where a couple buddies of mine like to joke around and just grab it. Well, I'd have a couple alien looking arms coming out of my chest and grabbing onto my collar bones. The arms will come out pretty violent too, kind of how it happens in those Alien movies.
That or I'd have a dragon breathing fire onto my stomach/chest, so when I breath in and out the fireball shrinks and grows bigger. The dragon is also a symbol of my family. Our last name is Wales, and a dragon is on the flag for the country of Wales.
