I just found out through my family tree, I am a direct descendant of William Wallace. Thanks to My Grandma.

That I don't know but all I know is that he was a badass warrior/leader.
I also have a family kilt lol. I'll never wear it but my grandma said she'd make me one if I wanted one.

I know, also the only difference between the crest he wore in braveheart and the actually crest is the color it's pretty accurate.

Also I believe my grandmother may actually have a kilt passed down from William Wallace, but it's been a long time since I asked about William Wallace and so I don't know if the kilt that was passed down to her is actually from William Wallace but it wouldn't suprise me if it was.

700 year old dress in grandma's closet is quite a stretch. Even for Bast.

I discussed it with my mom and she said that it was just a Kilt from my clan that she bought online. So I don't how old it is. But anyways I still think it's really cool that I'm his descendant he did a lot for Scotland. I hope to visit there someday.
