AoM 99% forge fee? (in Services)

Anyone want to up my An Amulet of Might [0] (+11) to +12? Blacksmith cost 2.214 million i will pay 99% of Blacksmith fees...i would prefer to give money to a fellow CBer instead of that scam artist of a blacksmith. Especially with the lowered amount of money around these days. 10:00am server time tomorrow I will Blacksmith it if no reply.
