Meso will be forging my Cloak of Istari [6] (+8) 213,818 at 70%.
She will be forging it to +12 and has the option of going to +13 if she feels she can get the point.
At +12:
NW Increase: 887,813
At 70%: 621,469
At +13:
NW Increase: 1,451,222
At 70%: 1,015,855
I'll send the CoI over with 200k to cover forge fees.
