DDR3 and Mobo Compatibility (in Off-topic)

I don't know a lot about DDR3 memory, so I was wondering if the following CPU, RAM, and Mobo are compatible.

The specs on the motherboard's page indicates that the board only takes DDR3 1600 RAM, while the RAM you have selected above is DDR3 1066. That is a problem.
