Single minion AoJ strat (in General)

I thought about quitting the game. I liked the idea, sold out... and now CB lured me back in ;) Nah I wanted to start fresh, so here goes. NCB time!

I want to do a single minion AoJ strat. But I'm having a hard time deciding what DD attack the minion and the familiar should have. What do you guys recommend?

HP
AMF
(insert DD attack here)
AoJ, DBs, AGs, HoC
(insert DD familiar here)

I have some 99mil lying around, which will mostly be invested in the DBs, going up as my encumbrance rises. That'll let me focus on three things to train on the minion, and helps me keep the power up.

But what DD attacks? Two times MM? I tried that on Endeavor, wasn't much fun. MM/SG came into my mind. The Steel familiar attacks from the rear while the SG chews up the walls in front. I like that. What do you think?

I always liked the SF hal route... very strong damage both ways, attack 1st round of ranged, amf doesn't stop both damage ^_^ More diverse imho.

I personally really liked the single enchanter/familiar team. I did that on my last NCB until Jon pulled it out from under me by introducing the AoJ. I did a large AS/AMF minion with DBs and a EF. Worked well for me. Also made me a lot of cash because there was less to invest in.

Earning cash isn't going to be the problem anyway, since there are (next to the tattoo) only three items to invest in, whether you use Enchanter/Electric or not.

But I like the idea. Didn't you have problems with DM, JW? The familiar doesn't have that much HP to begin with, but without the AS it seems to me your team is toast. It'll eat walls and tanks alive though, especially with DBs. Hmmm. Liking it. Using a HF sounds fun too, but then I'd like to use Beleg's to further increase its damage.

DM is actually not very high as you move up through the ranks. And, by the time you reach the upper levels where there some pretty large DMs your AS is big enough that it actually doesn't make much of a difference.

I'd also contemplate putting aside AGs in favour of NSCs...I preferred the protection against AMF to the extra damage, especially as SG does some pretty damn fine damage.
