something's wrong (in General)

I insta'd RoS a few days ago, at nw 79.4m. It has been equipped all this time, and I've been fighting and training, but nw is still 79.4m. My max tat level is 4.5m now, while tat is only 4.4m. (I just rounded to the nearest tenth so ignore any slight inconsistencies.)

What happened???

It's named. Multiply its level by 1.04.

Oh... I thought being named only affected tattoo effects in battles. Thanks for the quick responses guys.
