Avast ye'! Forge me wall gear! (in Services)

I have quite a bit of wall gear that needs forging, each piece up to (or near) ~$5M NW. I'll have each piece forged as I receive payments from some of my debts.
I'd like each to be done @ 70% (except for the AoAC, which I'll pay 76% on.)
Right now, I'd like my +10 TG's forged to +19 (roughly $4.5M NW, 3.080M in cash.)
