I just recently got a ToE by the pure random item thing and I'm wondering if it still holds any use. I know it kinda got super nerfed and it's not super strong anymore, but what kind of strats does a ToE work well with now?

get a TOE around 500k and use it on a farm :)
Anywhere you absolutely need to make tanks take twice as long to chew through your team.

ToEs rock. And my strat is the perfect sort to use one. I nearly cut phys. damage in half with a 2.4M level one.
I don't have a big enough damage dealer to be able to win my fights if I changed to a ToE.

Marl, you could cut physical damage in half with a 1M tattoo, and keep your PR lower. ;)
