i just thought of a small change that would make an ncb just a bit more easy to start.
the way it works now is you get rid of all of your higher characters and wait for six days to accrue 1600 ba to start. i would like to see it so that you still pay the full amount, but do not have to wait the six days to get the 1600. even doubling the cost of the purchased ba would be a fair trade in my mind for the convenience.
