Host a 50/50? (in General)

Okay I'm Going away till the 4th
but I wanted to host a 50/50 lotto for the 200millionth fight.
50% to the winner 50% to the 200millionth fight contest
but I will be away so I am wondering if anyone wants to host it for me....(I was thinking #'s 1-200 and 20-50k per pick)

This would include updates and prize giveaways and all that goes along with it.
