So when you fail a bot check and are banned for an hour, does your BA not regenerate as well? I cant believe I dont know this about the game after playing for so long, and because I always just pay the fine. I think that if our BA doesnt regen, then it should say that in the message when you fail as well
ba does not regen during the suspension.

It does not regen. A long time ago, it used to ban you from fighting for 2 hours but regenerate BA. There also used to not be a fine. When I was extremely hooked on this game (burning every set of BA when it came along) I would purposefully miss 2 botchecks in a row so I could not possibly get distracted from homework.
That doesn't work now.

If you pay the fine right before the :00 , :20 and :40 marks of the hour will ba regen right at those times?
It should, but BA regen is never right on the 20 minute mark, so technically, you could wait a few minutes longer right before it really does appear in your BA pool.
