Dex/Evasion inquiry (in General)

say you have EQUAL DX/Evasion so you gain 100% from evasion skill. You get hit with EC..evasion becomes 60%? You get hit with Axbow..evasion goes down to 60%? i know EC is pre battle so i could see it taking evasion down to 60%. however axbow is during battle so i dont see how it could/should take evasion down..considering the exbow doesn't manipulate encumbrance during battle..but EC does since its pre-battle.

I believe that that is how it works. Axbow cannot effect your evasion but EC will.
