going to abode website gives virus (in Off-topic)

I read somewhere that I should get the latest abode update cause there was a virus going around using abode but when I went to the site my browser just froze and I had to bring up my task manager and force it to close.....then I did a virus scan and boom Troj_Safboot.mcl was found
