Where's My Dex? (in General)

I have Dexterity 9,874,298 5,000,000 trained, but in my post battle stats against both Incompetent Duo and Defenders of Athens it shows my DX as 3,949,719. All other opponents that I have fought and seen the battle log so far show it correctly at 9,874,298 (-EC where applicable). Neither of them cast that large of an EC on me, nor do they use Assassin's Crossbows.

So I ask simply, where is my Dex?

Dex pen for bow in melee

-60% DX penalty for using an ELBow in melee rounds :)
That's alongside a -60% to the weapon effective "+", by the way.
And you only fire every other melee round.

Use a melee weapon.
