Mist Envy/SK forging deal (in Services)

This is how the deal is gonna work. I'm giving Mist a certain out of game account for 4m. He'll be forging my corn from +2 to +10 at 70% for 4.225m. I will send 225k at the end to cover the rest of the forging. I will be keeping the account until halfway of the forging process. Please confirm.
