On a question streak. (in General)

I'm running this basic single CoC mage.
That means;1/2 hp, 1/2 CoC. (Probably not the best but I love to try things)
Here's my Q: I'm actually using a ToA and an elb wich combined with a HoC, gives me the first range round bonus and makes the last round a CoC attack. But do you a tattoo that would work better with my strat or should I follow the wiki strat advice and go for a TSA and CoI?

RoBF would help with AMF, magical damage, add some evasion and help the CoC kill faster by picking on the forward minion.
