Unretire a char? (in Public Record)

Hey hey, look who's back.
I went away and come back to see that the auto-retire function is actually working like it should.
So, who do I go to to get my char "Maximus the Merciful" unretired...if at all possible still?
And who do I send the fee to?

send 50k to tourney prizes. Then post the transfers here, and an admin will take care of you :)
