CarnageBlender Referrals (in Contests)

This is sort of a contest.... But not really. More of a way for me to give you money for helping out the game.

Go find your referral link (I'll link the page it's on in the following post) and spread it over the internet. Friends, family, forums you frequent, post its spread around on your local mass transit. Whatever.

For every referral you give out where someone simply -joins- the game (As in, just the first step of it), I'll give you 10k. Up to, let's say 1 mil CB.

Would there be a way to actually shorten the ref. URL? I'd like to put my link in a couple of my forum signatures...but some of them have stupid 100 character limits.

There are URL shortening sites you can use... I'm too busy at work, but they get used in CB quite a bit. You just put your long link in them and they will generate a shorter one for you. I'm not sure how long they're kept active, though.

I am truly a networking retard. Let's say I use tinyURL (or the service Titan linked), would my link keep it's referal abilities? Or would it only point to CB as with a normal "carnageblender.com" address?
