Let's say hypothetically that I wanted to create and operate a GFX Design website that included sales/downloads. And I also wanted to design a browser game - text based, minimal GFX for example.
What software would work best for this purpose?
Is Dreamweaver the industry standard for people that don't have years of php, css, html, etc, coding experience under their belts?
I'm just looking for some advice or direction here.
