I'm about to start making an app for CB on the blackberry. I'm going to start with chat first, since it's half done, and then do a real CB interface.
Who has/users a blackberry?
I've had 2 Blackberry Curves. Both now broken. Awesome phones, they just tend to get pwnt easily.
Yeah, from what I hear, the trackball bites.
It's easy, though, to write an app in J2ME. I can then hopefully purchase software that will port it to an iphone.
Blackberry tour should be in soon (work) (I suspect I can get away with a bit of CB on it)
I'll also be testing a droid with CB soon, I'm hoping to be able to see an Android compatible application or widget soon as well.

WFP - You may want to wait a week some new phones come out next week. See info about the 'Android' coming out. I hear it is nice. It isn't a 'Blackberry' but a new one of those may come out as well. I am not sure though.
Looking at the newer Blackberry phones... the 8520 looks interested. Like a Curve, except way sexier and sleeker. And no stupid trackball....
The trackball made me want to throw my friend's phone so bad. I was like hey lemme check my email... never again...

Shark, before going down the iPhone route you could do worse than check out the Nokia N97. Has lots of apps available (not as much as iPhone for sure) but it's a much better phone imo. I get a lot of use out of the FM transmitter and the camera is way way better too.
P.S. Blackberry fingermouse > Blackberry trackerball.
Fingermouse is the future. I hope...
