all day today my accrual has been off. by off i mean that it hasn't been a multiple of seven even once today if i left it for more than one accrual period.
this hadn't been as much an issue as it used to be up until today. i know that when people bring this up we are often linked to where jon states it is normal when the server restarts, but if it only happens when the server restarts, the server has been restarting pretty much all day long!
