What is going on with AMF returns? (in General)

Alhandra takes damage from his own Decay (181275)!
Alhandra's Decay hit Great Sable Stag [151381]

Alhandra takes damage from his own Decay (0)!
Alhandra's Decay hit Great Sable Stag [121105]

Just noticed and thought it was weird. The same minion takes 180k round 1 of melee, then in round 2 of melee takes 0.

No minion's died on either side, it's the same minion, not 2 minions with the same name...

Thats because it was decay. The decay AMF return is based on the amount of HP the caster has and takes a portion of it. If the decay caster was killed that round or took a lot of damage to where it was very close to 0 hp the decay return will be very low or 0.
