Mabinogi anyone? (in Off-topic)

I need some help with a modifying problem that I have.

If you play then you'll know about the ranged 99% aim .dll modifying that everyone is after at the moment

...yea.....I was able to do it.

But I need some information because it looks as though its 99% but it still misses but then sometimes I can hit from extremely far away without charging aim but is this just the the normal SoG or what?

I was wondering if its just shown on my client or if the server is getting this information also.
