I currently owe Titan 28m.
Tal owes me 28,150,000.
Tal will be transferring his debt to me to Titan and I will also be sending Titan 1m.
After this deal, I will not owe Titan any money. Tal will pay off the remainder of the 28,150,000 debt to Titan.

K, I realized I actually paid tal a little bit, b/c I forgot what I was doing. I sent him over 2.5M which covered transfers and BA costs plus about 1.4M more. But, instead of adding the 1.4M back, I'll just add 1M back. So now he owes 27,650,000.
