Unlike NW gained from Armour (which doesn't increase PR at all if used on a base minion), the NW from Weapon + does increase PR when used on a base minion.
Is there any reason for the discrepancy?
Maybe because of PR weighting?
Armours have PR weighting, and PTH doesn't.
But all that should do is change the amount of added PR armour adds. If you have 1000 NW in a 0.1 Weighted armour, it should add 100 PR, while 1000 NW in PTH should add 1000.
But on a Base Minion, the 0.1 Weighted armour adds nothing, while the PTH adds it's full amount.

But PR weighting is based on the exp on the minion, not the pr of the minion
Even so, doesn't that just mean Weapon PTH has a PR weighting of 1.0?
Is it some kind of rounding, where PR weighting of 1 gives the full PR on a base minin, where anything below is orunded down to give nothing?
