Build me a strat... With the following gear! (in General)

I"m fedup with my current ncb, to end up around 3.4 million mpr just isn't good enough in my eyes when the top mpr's are 5.5 million mpr. Also i honestly feel i can do better. So i'm asking the community to help me build a specialized strat (For fighting higher) for my new ncb. Also it must be single minion, so i have the option to hire and add a decent amount of mpr later on. Let the idea's roll. Not shown is my tattoo which is close to 7 million in levels.

You need HP support to run a UC JKF strat. either AS or PL or both is a necessity.

From what i've seen if I fight tanks i do not need much hp, with the evasion and higher dex most other tanks cannot hit me.

They will still hit. And if you are fighting up then they are most likely going to have more dex then you in which case they will hit at least once a round.

I'm going to go with a form of nov's idea unless i get some more input??
