Never heard of it. And from the pic below, I wish I still hadn't.
Roller skates? Seriously?

These are somehow different from normal skates. I guess the lack of dignity makes them different.

I can't WAIT for quadcorn to come out at the movie theatre :o
can they go offroad and on rough roads is what i want to know though? i saw a vid with someone going down a hillside that looked pretty darn fun.

Well rollerblade wheels did allow you do to a lot more on pavement and other surfaces... I don't know if they are different wheels or having 4 just allows you to do more off-road type activity. Vid link?
Just know before you buy your quads, Gillete will be coming out with a set that has 5 wheels per skate.
hehe, i am downloading the star trek online beta now, so i cannot really look for the video again. the diameter on these wheels are about twice that of rollerblade wheels, so that should help smooth it out and it seems that some have independent springs for each wheel.

the wheels on these are a bit different. there are some videos on that site as well.
they don't carry my size dammit!
not that i care or anything but what if...?
tal, you need some sand ones for monahans! ; )
Don't have any hills around here that would make these all that much fun, =(
