Will level tattoos/familiars for CB$ (in Services)

Please help a poor, penniless man out. @_@ His NCB is slowing due to lack of money for BA, and he would like some funding to go ASAP.

Preferred:
A Halidon/Jigorokano Familiar, closest to my current max tattoo level (121k at this moment). If you can't send either to me, I'm willing to hold an ROBF or two every now and then.

You slowed growth rate isn't caused by the lack of money but rather your lack of challenge bonus. I would recommend finding people that give you 100%.
