So after the AP bug was corrected, I decided to untrain my AP and restore it to base. Unfortunately, when I untrained, I also seem to have lost my 1 mil MM and 100k SS. The trained HP didn't change though.
I restored the values from the db backup. This only affected three users, one of whom hasn't logged in since 2008. So hopefully the damage is well mitigated.
