Theres a display bug with experience and the RoE...I dont know if this is known or not, but if you fight with the RoE on, in battle the experience is shown to be spread rather than concentrated on teh ROE minion.
It's always been that way.
Post battle, each minion earns individual XP.
When you exit that screen (either to train or a new Battle) the XP is correctly acumulated on the RoE minion. ;)
