So with the introduction of steel skin, armor was nerfed by 20%. It was .21% before the nerfage, so .21% * 80% = .168%
Jon however, updated the wiki to say .167%. Is there any explanation for this?
more accurate as it is was likely rounded off or something?

Just ran a test with my ncb.
I have 328 AC, with a maxed SS. I get 82 AC from SS
328 * .21% = 68.88%
(328 + 82) * .167% = 68.47%
(328 + 82) * .168% = 68.88%
I think it should be .168% in the wiki

If you don't get an explanation, feel free to update it.
I don't think the reduction was exactly .21% before.
It's 1/6th per point, which is 0.1666666666666... which rounds to 0.167
If it's off, it's because the random part is off by one. I can fix that. I'm pretty certain that random numbers go from 0..n-1 instead o 1..n, so I think the midpoint for averageness in the code could be 0.99/6 instead of 1/6. Although, that would make it 0.65 even..... so, yeah :)
Are you forgetting to incorporate constant damage reduction? That's applied first.
