The latest game I play (in Off-topic)

Grand Fantasia.

Take a look at the site and don't be put off by the cheesy graphics - the game has some neat features. The best, IMO, is a "sprite" that follows you around and fixes a lot of the biggest annoyances in MMOs:

- it picks loot up so you don't have to
- it creates new weapons or armor for you to use
- it recycles old weapons/armor for valuable materials


...the PVP system is fairly balanced, as well. Anywho.


I play on the server Siropas, as OddBird. If you decide to come play and try out the game, let me know :) I play as a healer and I can help you live through some of those tougher bosses.

Like the skills that you can use. Thats mostly what I look for now in games. Being able to make my own individual character with unique skills. Diablo for example. Where each and every skill can be as powerful as the highest lvl skill.

There's actually a lot of customization to the game, it's just played out differently.

Which gears you choose to wear (hint: the highest lvl gears you wear aren't always best), which skill combination you choose to keep active, etc. is what customizes you, rather than stat distribution as you level.

i.e. choosing VIT/STR gears as an assassin (for damage and HP) instead of AGI/STR (for damage and dexterity), or focusing on a sword/light weapons combo instead of ranged, using hammers for a stun bonus instead of swords for their accuracy...there's more to it than you think.

Bah, like I really needed another source of distraction... Do not keep those kind of posts going >.< I will never finish my work on time.

I think its all played out. After I get done with my programing I have some really Awesome projects that I want to start on. Then! There will be greatness! RPGs for all.
