A while ago many in the CB community decided to start playing a game called Wild Guns. Our collective objective was to dominate and create a CB alliance that would be #1. We achieved our goal and a few of us remain playing within the alliance that is CB.
Many folks have now moved on and as a result there's a couple of reasonably large accounts that are in the process of becoming available. WG allows users to swap accounts and rather than let these large accounts fall into disrepair we'd prefer to see them go to people "we know". :)
