Wow. The first minute of that video was absolutely vile. The rest of it was very much improved. :)

IMO, the music sucks. It is so far from my own musical preferences that I put the video on mute. That aside, its very amusing to watch. Worth the time spent, even if its on mute.
If only they had gotten Ben Kingsley.
I thought it was interesting.

I love Hot Chip, their first album is a classic bit of electronic meets songs. And they do a cover version of Marvin Gaye's Sexual Healing that is superb.

I'm not new to hot chip, the reference to a new boy band was in attempt to "pretend" to people that the video was simply just a new boy band :)
