T-Score Reset (in Changelog)

AdminNightStrike June 15 2010 10:45 AM EDT

Tournament scores didn't reset properly at the start of the current tournament. I forgot that most active parties are cached, and I only updated the t_score field of parties on disk. So, anyone who was actively fighting (offensively or defensively) didn't get reset. I've hopefully fixed this for the next tournament. Sorry :(

I thought as much, that's why character's created in between the two tourney's have scores of 0 right?

AdminNightStrike June 15 2010 10:57 AM EDT

No

AdminTitan [The Sky Forge] June 15 2010 11:08 AM EDT

Any idea why that occurred?

AdminNightStrike June 15 2010 2:02 PM EDT

I don't really know what you are describing.

If they were created after the last tourney ended and were active when this tourney was started then they would end up with 0 t-score right now.

There are characters who have a t-score of 0 despite having had a score higher than that at the start of the tourney. I saw at least one of them, I'm sure other folk can provide char ids.

That's exactly what I said in my first post Nem.

How do you create a t-party when no tournament is active?

AdminNightStrike June 16 2010 7:24 AM EDT

Also, I can set the filter to not reset tournament parties. It'll take effect after cache flush.

Afronova Primeval (my character) is one of them
