Sorry to those who farmed me. (in Off-topic)

But I've disbanded my Clan. I got tired of hitting guys who were only 65k MPR to get CPs that you just chewed through anyways. Getting outgrown by NUBs, which I knew would happen, and then remembering I was the only person in a Clan for them to hit meant I went from having a 9-11% stable bonus to having a 2-3% stable bonus. So my Clan is disbanded, find someone else to farm for your CPs. :P

I'm sure you can find a clan that will take you in

Honestly NS, unless that change you have in the works is something godlike that makes Clans worthwhile, I would be nothing but a drawback to a Clan until I break atleast 1mil MPR where there are atleast some people for me to farm for CPs. I've been sacrificing character growth to try and keep my Clan positive in terms of CPs and I'm through with it.

Also doesn't help that people are farming you for CP's and taking a massive loss on their challenge bonus, as it looks.

Not to get off-topic (and if wanted I can move this) - but what is "farming" supposed to replicate? I realize it's not a realistic game, but the idea of someone attacking me 8 times behind my back while I hit 15 other people seems less than logical/realistic - I picture them just kicking my corpse 7 additional times, continuing to grow stronger each time.

Perhaps there's a way to reward a more diverse (larger) fightlist.

I think the only change that would be worthwhile as far as CP's go would be to maybe adjust how much can be gained from beating someone who is maybe a quarter of your PR, or maybe limiting how many times you can gain 6 points from them in 24 hours. Like maybe a steady decrease in points as your attack number goes up. I notice that the only people you ever get farmed by is people with like 3 to 4 times your power rating, you can manage to stay positive in CP's until you hit about 1 mil MPR then you have everyone in a clan from 1 mil to 5 mil MPR farming you.

dyno seems to be using the old-school definition of farming which meant attacking someone actively fighting in order to burn through ba faster while the op seems to be equating all clan fighting to farming.

singleton clans are not as viable as they used to be as our player base has declined and there aren't many clan targets down low. it is much more advisable to find a clan with a group of people who understand that you may not contribute much whilst running an ncb but know that you will make up for it some time in the future.

oddly enough, being forced into groups has made me at least develop a much more "clan" like mentality and our clan has even done some team tournaments together. ; )
