Earthquake deals additional damage the more encumber your enemy minions are (% of your NW value in relation to your max NW)and have the special ability to separate minions of a multiple minion team. Separating enemy minions gives your spreading spell and attack the advantage of concentrating the damage on a single minon at a time. Giving FB, CoC and SoD new possibilities of strategies.

far too many new effects to ever get actually introduced. game balance would explode.

SG already destroys any heavy AC wall, a spell that destroys enemys with high NW really would turn this game into mageblender. Actually any of those effects would effectively make a tank completely useless.
